At Jesus Exceeds Every Prayer (J.E.E.P.), each item is made to order with care, purpose, and premium craftsmanship. Because every product is custom printed specifically for you, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Ordering the wrong color or style

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mowebof1@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item

Once your claim has been reviewed, we'll gladly provide a replacement or issue store credit if your claim is approved.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If there's ever an issue with your order, we'll work with you promptly and fairly to make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card provider time to process the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Shipping charges

  • Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable law, including a 14-day cooling-off period where required. However, this right may not apply to custom-made or personalized products where exemptions are permitted by law.
