Thank you for shopping with Jesus Exceeds Every Prayer (J.E.E.P.). Every order is made with purpose and shipped with care.
Processing time: Since all products are custom made-to-order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping times (after production):
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping carriers: Orders are fulfilled through Printful, Printify, and Cornado. Depending on your product and location, orders may ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carrier partners.
Multiple items: If your order contains products from different suppliers, items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
International orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Lost or delayed packages: If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [your email] and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. J.E.E.P. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
